I caught this on RealTV the other night. This is a shitty quality version but you get the idea. Its a mid 70s looking K5 Blazer. They survived.

This was on Max-X. They talked to the WOMAN driving the K-5. Funny listening the her discribe the ride down.. " I hit the brakes, then let off the brakes and the truck started going down the hill FASTER"...LMAO

I have seen some real Jackasses go up that thing. some of these people who go up it have no sense of what safety is. I sat at the bottom of that thing one day and watched them all, some are just crazy.. :hammer2:

We hang out in Moab quite a bit,, Easter Jeep Safari, Rockcrawling, and such...
It's at a place called Lion's back, just east of Moab. It's a big sandstone spine that alot of peeps pay 6 bucks a whack to drive up and down. It really isn't that hard to do, more intimidating than anything else. (I watched a GMC S-15 with a plumbing rack go up it one time).
It was actually 2 gals that were in the vehicle and the investigation concluded that the brakes failed (no big shock there). Since this happened, there have been 2 fatal accidents on this hill. Both of them were alcohol related.
There's another playpen in Moab for Jeeps,, it's called Potato Salad hill. It's always a good way to spend an afternoon. Lawnchair, cooler, camera, and 100's of idiots trashing their rides...

That's right, it was Max-X not RealTV. I love the narrator on MAx-X. That is some funny shit. :rollside:
