Will a jetavator that fits a JC pump fit a JE. Thanks in advance.

It will fit the pump, but you will have to modify the shift and steering to work.

Basically NO. It's not worth the hassell. However, that would work well if you decide to move your shift cable and steering to the top. Then the whole thing works better than the E Series set up then.
