That's pretty cool. :D So, back in the late 60's / early 70's, what was the difference between the U boats and the GN boats??

The GN28, Yellow colored boat, I believe is a Schiada 20', I looked at buying that boat about 3-4 years ago, it was located in the lake havasu area, was in pretty rough condition, someone had tried to rough sand the side of the hull to get rid of the #'s and lettering, the guy wanted 10k for it all, had a 454 motor in it, big cracked fwd bulkhead. I'm 95% positive it's the same boat.
How about some pics of the circle race boats from 1970-1973 !!! please...
looks like the "jock strap" boat to me. would have been a good buy for 10K. The fuel tanks in it cost that much I bet!
That was Spangen's (sp) boat back in the day. The injected engine out of it sat at Clay Smith for years. Someone bought it complete for a very fair price a few years ago and raced it in GN. I hear it's changed hands again.

I'd bet the GN-999 is Del or Duff Daily would not be surprized if the GN-99 was one of their boats also.
