I bought half a sheet of polycarbonate and made 4 for my boat, have a grand total of about $25 and three hours in them. And have enough material for several more if for some ungodly reason I need them.

Smalls, make a pattern off the old one out of paper, or take the old one in to Tap Plastic in Sacramento. Use 1/8 inch, they will cut it & polish the edges for about 20 bucks. Buy a drill bit from them for about 6 bucks and your in business. Use the 1/8 inch and you will not have to heat it, it will bend right around there ever so nice......................C'mon! I did the one on the Howard that way!! :D PS, drill your own holes, it makes it alot easier! :idea:

C'mon Chief get it together :). By the way I found that tranny you needed for the new ride so if you still want it call me.

Hey small i had to replace mine Wayne and earl was the company and the phone number is 1-714-577-0632 they had the color and size in stock. Of course mine was for a hydro. I believe they did all the windshields for cole boats back then.
