Here are some pictures of my Wriedt that I restored a while ago. I hope the post works. Anyway I have had the project complete and running for almost 2 years now. I just came across these photos I took just before completion. My stepdad and I did all the work except the interior. Enjoy the photos.

promod,
It was interesting to have a twin screw hydro in the family. But, it is now a single screw again. We never got the twins to run as quick as it did as a single. So we put it back to single screw.

What kind of logs are those? Looks as though the flanges are water cooled.
Nice looking boat.

i think the twin screw is good for fuel boats, what is andy doing to the boat any updates,

Two questions. What did you use to polish those logs with, and what type of paint (gel?) did you use? That's damn shiney for being white.

I can't remember what brand the logs are, I will check.
Promod, Andy is on a limited schedule due to limited $$$. Always seeking new sponsorship and would love to go to more races than we did this year.
maxwedge- I polished with mothers and lots of elbow grease. The boat is painted. I used PPG Concept white paint. I used that because a friend had painted his Sterling jet boat yellow with PPG Concept. It seemed to be really durable and shiney on his, so thats what I decided to use.
Thanks

Mopar,
Joe is doing well. I have heard Mtn. Island is the place for cool jets. I live at Lake Wylie. I should venture out there though.
I was pleased with the interior. A guy in Charlotte did it for me.

Bajajet,
I don't see any markings on the logs, but I think they are from Harman Marine.
