So here it is I'm rebuilding my Whipple 500hp's I ordered two set's of Dart pro 1 119 chamber's and 325cc runners now here's my problem I had them shipped directly to Indy cylinder heads for some porting I got the heads and they were 345cc runners so they dropped shipped the wrong heads to Indy but now they have been ported they wont take them back so I'm looking for opinions on how well do you think they will work?? I was thinking I would loose some on the bottom end but how much?? or are they jest too big and I should jest buy two more set's of the 325s???
some of my spec's
4.500 bore with Je flat top's
Cam is a Crane 632/632 256/256 on a 114 center lobe
Whipple was up dated and a smaller pulley
So tell me what you think

I would run them. Your running blown so a little less bottom end should not hurt and may help save drives. I do not know anyone than really floors there blown motor from an idle unless it is in a v-drive.
You could put a little stroke in it to make a 540 to help use the added volume on intake ports.

I'd run them too...
You are Blown , not N/Asperated ....you don't need to worry about the intake velocity 'cause the blower is forcing the air in ..... :coffeycup

Just stoke 'em to a 540........then they will work just fine. :rollside:

I say run em too. I think you are better off with the larger runners with your combo. If you had a mild 427 with no blower, then you might have a problem with the bottom rpm torque. :)
