I have a need for the most up to date and best quality satellite images.
I need sites in the US as well as Caribbean. I would like to keep up to date on construction projects as well as us it for projects.
Any input would be appreciated..

I know Google lags by at least several years in areas. Part of our service area was burned up in a forest fire, and Google still shows all of the trees.

This site isn't too bad but depending on the area, it may also lag a couple years as well.

Not sure on this but the Fed Gov must regulate what resolution and what lag time sat images can have before public use. I know that they regulated GPS a while back because it was too accurate. Consumer/Civilian GPS is no where near as accurate as Gov/Military GPS.
Why not have your onsite general take weekly photos to update you?

Google earth has been freezing up on me bad lately. wont let me close out half the time. have to restart pc. has that happened to anyone else?
