Right next to Keys 1.
Seriously, what do you want to know? Keys 2 has Riverfront homes, canal homes, and inside landlocked homes. Mostly nice places. A few palaces. And a trailer or two left over from the old days. Not a gated community, like Keys 1, but little crime, and the peeps there usually watch out for each other.
Small private beach area, community launch ramp.
Karen's (Espresso, cappacino, baked goodies, etc) within walking distance. Same with Circle K, and Julios Rocking Baja Grill.
Anything else?

Oh, I forgot the bad and the ugly.
RDs place is nearly right across the canal, and you can see it from Keys 2.

Not as much drama, as Keys I, association fees are about half as much as
Keys I. Nice launch ramp and community beach on the river. Prices seem
about equal as Keys I for comparable houses. Not much of anything for
sale right now that I can think of.
Have any questions, I'll try and help answer. I have lived here full time
in Keys II for almost twelve years, and have two places here.

I'd be all over a place there that had a nearby ramp, only if it had its own dock. Canal home would be clutch like Keys I. Are the prices about the same as Keys I? And is there nothing for sale? Anybody know how many canal or waterfront lots there are? Thanks

Well I know the farther in you get, the nastier the water is. Its nice if you like lots of weeds and green slime. :rollside: :rollside:

If I counted correctly, 12 riverfront houses, 19 on main canal, and 25 inside
lots.
