Been working on it one year today. I'm doing most of the work myself, :hammer2: with some help from my friends. I don't know what I was thinking when I started this project. Finally it's starting to look like a house now, :D I'm feeling good about what I have accomplished. So I thought, I would share.

Wow! Congratulations, you've done an awesome job. Love the architecture style. You'll feel even better once the project is final and you can step back and say....damn, I built that house :) .

That's pretty cool, your hard work will pay off nicely. So can you move out of the van when it's done? :D

I went by yesterday about 3:00. Seems the crew was AWOL. Must be something to do with the River being so close. It's a shame when you flake out on YOUR OWN PROJECT! :D
I'm glad to see people doing something positive in the Lakeside areas. It's been a haven for run down trailers, slum lords, and tweakers since as long as I remember. It's homes like CTR2 is putting up that's bringing up the values, giving an incentive for the people who own those 40 year old trailers to turn a quick profit and new owners to clear the trash out.

Very cool. My dad built our house when I was a kid. It took him 4 years. We moved in after the first year. It is very rewarding. Not many folks can say they built a house and mean it literally.
Best wishes to you, and, oh, yeah, I dig the board shorts and tool belt :D :

We where working!! up on the roof building trusses, and as you can see from the houses in the background LakeSide 5 is changing for the better. The Parker PD has been very helpful on running out the bad guys

Now don't be giving the Parker PD credit for all the good work that MY Department (the Sheriff's Office) is doing. Parker PD ain't got nuthin to do with that area.
