Yeah a guy on OSO has, goes by strippoker look for his thread in the tech section. He has a pair of them in a 388 Slingshot. Dyno figures and complete build are listed.

I ask him and he said he did not have 525s

Sorry, they were HP500's. It is my understanding the HP525 just has Edelbrock aluminum heads, they should be a piece of cake to Whipple.

doesnt the 525's have closed cooling if so the heat exchanger may not be up to the task? just a thought

I would still be concerned about the heat exchanger being able to keep up with the increase in hp

I have several of them out there running with the original "piggyback" wiring harness, which utilizes the 525 computer. As long as the rpm's are kept away from the rev limeter, they work great. No problems with the heat exchanger. Running the set up with a new ECU only make it better. IMO
