1 month old baby girl and 3 year old daughter don't fit. Boat has to go. Worst time of year to sell, but I need a bigger boat while I have money in my pocket.
1972 Sanger Flat
Casale 12 degree w/whirlaway
468 BBC Solid Cam 12.5:1
990 Heads - roller
Dual 660 Holley carbs
Bassett Headers
Receipts for 10,000 in the motor
Interior and Trailer in great condition
That's all I can think of at 4:30 in the morning while I am writing this.
Give me a few hours to sleep and I can give details on motor/boat.
Almost forgot, I have parts that go with it.
Extra Parts - off the top of my head:
Casale 12 degree v-drive
Brand new Bassett zoomies with baffles - no water
Hallcraft parallel shaft v-drive
Etc, etc, etc, etc, etc........Way to much to list without being home to look.
Asking $11,000 OBO. E-mail me if you want more details or pictures.

Thought I would be the first to bump some spam this morning. Remember, the trailer is forsale and the boat comes free with purchase of trailer. :skull:

Beautiful boat. If by chance you still have it next May, I might be interested. I'm up in Canada but in May I'll be finished my mechanical engineering degree and am planning to make a trip down to the Imperial sand dunes to play around in a dune buggy. It sure would be fun to watch your boat in the rear view mirror the whole drive home.

What kind of speeds do you see in that boat with that motor?

Cole Sanger

I have no idea. I am going to try to get out this weekend with a buddies GPS. Not sure if the wife is going to be down for that idea, but we will see.

OK, OK, You have a 3 year old daughter? And a 1 month old baby girl. So I dont see a problem, you wont be using the boat till spring, the baby girl is in diapers, cant ride in the boat anyway, wait till the baby girl is at least not breast feeding [ unless she likes milk shakes] and see if she likes the boat. Let the baby girl decide :rollside:
HA HA Just kidding. Nice boat.

Looks like this weekend is out for me going to the lake. Heard that it was going to be cold and possibly some rain. Family is coming in next week, so that's out too. I was planning on heading to CA to look at a few boats next week, but that is a bust too. I will let you know what the speed is when I get out. Looks like it will be a few weeks. I will have to wear a beanie on my head by that time.
I will try to get some pictures up of all the extra parts I have tomorrow. Life permitting.

I am interested in some of your extra parts, Casale V-drive and zommies, how much??

What will be the pricing on the Hall Craft v-drive?

Cole Sanger

You guys have no idea how much I hate shipping parts. Let me think about it. I was hopeing to sell everything to one guy. I think it is more appealing, and hopefully sets this boat above others that are similar in price. I have a hole rack full of parts, not to mention a couple of boxes.

Well have you thought about it

Hallcraft parallel shaft - Needs input shaft and gasket set (Menkins - $125+$25) - $100.00
Brand new Bassett Zoomies w/baffles - $400.00
All prices do not include shipping from 85233.

Where do I send the funds (v-drive and shipping) to for the Hall Craft?
(UPS ground shipping charges are $26.00 for 50 lbs., per internet calculations)
Do you have a PayPal account?

Are you really going to part this boat out. it is so pretty, minus the scoop.

Do you know what gears in v-drive, does it have w/away?? and would you consiter $200 for zommies with out bafles?

I haven't looked at that v-drive in atleast a year, and even then, I didn't know. It does not have a whirlaway. I can't budge on the price of either the Casale or the Zoomies. I paid 750+shipping for the Casale a couple of years ago, and bought the Zoomies from Bassett about the same time. As I am sure you know, they sell them for 475 and 150 for the baffles plus Bergeron charged me 60 to drill the holes for the baffles. No offense to you or anyone else, but I would rather see them hanging on my garage wall than let them go for less than 400. They are brand new.

Don't worry, at this rate, I will have it til summer. I am not in such a big hurry to sell it anymore. Thought I would need the money for the big boat, but ended up with a good deal. I bought a big boat (family style). I can be the anchor boat. Just a side note, I am going to be going out after the first of the year with both boats to Sugaro or Rosevelt. It will be cold, but I am going to test out the big boat and bring the Sanger just to have some fast fun. A buddy of mine will be bringing out his boat to test too. Think about it. Here is a pic of the boat that I bought.

Bummer having to sell that boat. We invested in a VASECTOMY a few years ago. Now we have all the free time in the world and any toy we desire. Bet I get shredded on this post, what the heck, everyone chooses a lifestyle.

Hate to do it, but it is just taking up too much room in the garage. Thinking about selling it less motor. Also going to go ahead and drop the price a little. New Price is $10000 OBO.

Well, it was a little harder to say goodbye to it than I thought, but I think it went to a good home. Hopefully I will see it being used a lot more than I was able to. Thanks Hank.
