Anyone know the cost to rebuild an old GMC 671 diesel blower? I can buy one for under $200, they say everything turns freely. It would need to be refinished.
And need manifold and pullies and such.Any help would be appreciated.

I paid $950 or so for a complete rebuild on a Mooneyham 6:71 with a few things you may not need (Stage 3 case (hard anodizing), Polishing). This was everything - new bearings, new strips, snout gaskets, etc.

JRCBlowers on e-bay has a set price for freshen up and also converting.
You have to increase the internal clearances to run fuel and air through them. They only run air on the diesel. Plus the beraing and drive system up front is modified.
