I have a 73 Kona and was wandering if any one out there knows anything about konas or their history.were they good built boats or were there any problems to know about.
I have tried researching them ,but have found nothing.

A friend of mine had one like that style his was a 67 i think.Anyhow it hada 454 and a berk pump boat was very solid rode fine wasnt the fastest but got the job done.And held up well

My Dad Bought a 1978 kona new in Bellfower Ca. I eventualy bought it and kept it until 1995. Had a berkly jet with 460 ford and was a very good looking 21 ft daycruser. Like said above it wasnt the fastest but a good riding boat.I think They went out or business in the early 80s.
