I just wanted to say how great it was to see that many K-Boats at Phoenix! IT was a really, really great show, and it is great to see that they are making a comeback.
I want to thank all of the owners, drivers, and crew members of the K-Boat class for putting in the effort to bring the class back to life over here on the west coast.
It was a fun weekend!

That K-711 was a good lookin boat. I enjoyed seeing it and all the other K and SS boats run.

Whose boat was the K-8? It was a very nice looking ride, but couldn't seem to get up front in the pack!

K-8 is a fast boat, it flipped in the first heat on Sunday morning. The driver stayed in the boat, and the boat landed upright. The driver was fine, he got up and walked out of his boat, and they got it running again for the LCQ, and the final.

If you ever get a chance to talk to Jim, he is a really cool guy.

Yeah, he is a pretty cool guy. I talked to him a little bit at San Diego, but I am never at the races anymore. I seem to have a race all the same weekends. I am very happy that he came out of the crash ok, and Tony had a scary one in SS also. But he was ok. Thankfully everyone survived this weekend.

thanks to all the spectators for requesting the comeback as well it was a great weekend for all glad Jim , Tony and all the SS guys that crashed are ok

I second the thanks. It was a great weekend. Thanks to all the racers and crews for their efforts. What a show!!!
