"Gently used" ( ) Scat crank, forged 4340, standard weight, 4.5" stroke. Has been internally balanced with heavy metal slugs. Was used for approx 200 hrs in a n/a 598 lake boat. Most time spent just cruisin but occasionally saw blasts to 6200 rpm, dyno'd to 6500 which was where the rev limiter was set. Just had it mag'd and polished at Larry's in Tucson. Journals all standard. New price $1100+, will consider offers starting around half new.
Thanks,
-Brian

Why are you selling? The end of the snout looks boogered...was this a blower motor?
Just curious.

Hope not only one keyway.

No boogers here. It's a little discolored but there's nothing wrong with the snout or keyway.
Selling because I'm changing up the combo and making it smaller, dropping compression, less cam, basically mellowing it out a little and adding some pressure to the situation...

From the first pic it don't look like there's a keyway at all????..

C'mon now GFR. The keyway should be in line with the #1 crank throw and it happens to be facing away in that pic. :D

Yeah yeah I know :D But at that angle you should still see just a bit of the keyway I would think!.. :)
