how does one do this? special foam stuff to buy??

Basicly in envoles drilling a lot of holes. And mixing a 2 part product. You have to be very carefull that you don't over fill other wise you could very, very bad things. Its one of the ezest ways to take a very nice boat and turn it into junk. The force it can apply is just insane. Almost any fiber glass store should care it or be able to get it. Just make sure you get the "closed cell" other whise it will work like a sponage. Near me there is www.tapplastics.com I know they ship, but you should be able to find somthing near you.

I wouldn't put foam in a hull again. Even Kleegecell isn't perfectly waterproof, although it's pretty good.
I'd look at an air bladder system.... or, even better, nothing.
