How would one of boost powers Quadrotor set ups compare to the Whipple set up?

I would bet that Alexi has some number you could compare. I believe he carries Whipple also. I've seen the BoostPower Quad setup and it is trick.

Those are twin Magnuson blowers.

Seams to me that Phaff, Teague, Semper, and Mercury know the
answer to that.

I can tell you that there is zero comparison, this is something PFM built a few years back to compete with our quad. Dual roots vs. dual screw, not sure why somebody would really want to do this, even on paper, it doesn't seem like it would be worth the trouble.
The MP112's are 1.8 liter compressors, max speeds of 14,000rpm which means they have to each turn nearly 3500rpm more to equal a theoratical comparable airflow level of dual 2.3 liter compressors. In real world, it's nearly 5000rpm to even get close to the same airflow level. That is a huge amount of parasitic losses and a huge temp variance.
If you can believe it, our single 3.3L will nearly flow the same amount of air as those 2 112's, yet make more power easier. Looks good, but......

I would not buy a stick of gum from Boostpower.
