Hey Rick, not going anywhere. This is my sister and brother in laws place and it's pretty close to your house on the other side of the golf course off of Banderas. I would be happy to stay at your place in Havasu! :rollside:
They bought this place but then decided to stay in San Diego. The renters are moving out and they need to sell.
