I was just asking. It is a reasonable price.....just not for Havasu. The market rent of Havasu is not as high as $1,250/mo. for a full time rental. You can get that and more per month from Snowbirds or short time renters but for a full years rental???? NO.
I've talked to many property managment companies in Havasu and generally a non-furnished house would rent between $850 and $950 per month for a full time renter. A furnished house would of course go for more but $1,250?
