I have gone through Beacon Marine Credit twice now and both times were hassle free and got a rate that could not be beat.

Essex is good. Newcoast has more flexible terms if needed. Here's a link:http://www.newcoastfinancial.com/

I have used Tom Schumacher for my last three. Was easy to work with and got it done. He also helped me secure a loan for one of my buyers of one of my boats. Give him a call.

I am glad she has worked out for some on the board. I ended up going with Calder McNabb who was referred by Scott Conrad. Essex seemed to have a hard time comprehending income if you own your own business as well as investment income. They basically wanted a W-2 showing a certain amount.
When you can show them $$ sitting in an acount that is more than the boat you are buying you would think the process would be easy???

I went with Calder McNabb as well.. after a few headaches with other lenders, Calder was easy to work with. Quick and painless, and done in a few hours..
