Found this information surfing the web, if this doesn't work, I would try at gmforums.com(sorry about the damn popups there)
"Resetting and Reprogramming Keyless Entry Remotes
To reset a keyless entry remote, stand in range of the car and hold the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons for 10 to 12
seconds. If it resets, the horn will sound and the remote will work again. If this does not work, follow the procedures
below:
1) Turn on the ignition, but don't start the engine.
2) Press "Reset" button in order to clear any IPC display warning messages.
3) Press and release the "Options" button on the Driver Information Center (DIC) to scroll through the display
options until the IPC display is blank.
4) Press and hold the DIC "Reset" button for 3 seconds until the FOB TRAINING message appears.
5) Press "Reset" once again and it will ask you to hold the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons on the first remote.
(Corresponds to Memory button one, if you have the memory option)
6) The horn will sound, indicating the remote frequency has been learned.
7) Repeat the process for the next remote. You can have up to 3 remotes per car."
