Is that a Golden Eagle splashed by McDougal and Dooley? Probably have that all focked up. I chased one of those around for a while and one finally surfaced in New Mexico, but I could never hook up with the fella. What's the real history of this hull?.....Steve

I have never driven a v drive and I am sure it will be a whole lot of fun!!!! Can this hull be used as a ss boat???? If any body has info please speak up!!!!!!!! it has alot of history just want to know about it more!!

Well well well.... I haven't seen that boat since 1992. A guy living in El Segundo had that boat for sale back then. I think I have some pics of it somewhere. Good to see it again. Lee Stacy runs one of those in the WPRA as PS 303. Fast in the straights, tends to push a little on hard turns.

This Boat was built by Eagle Boats out of Santa Fe Springs,Ca by Bob Privett & his Son's it was layed up by Mel at Mels Custom Boats of Santa Fe Springs who is still in Business.There was a nice article in ***boat Mag(yes they have a Mag)about 2 years ago on the Coors boat.I have a Eagle Boat myself that I've own for 23 years.

Last time I saw that boat run was at a ski race and Lonnie Fluent was drivin it.
