Great pics....kinda hard to imagine a world with out the F-14. There go all my Top Gun references. :cry:

Wow, great shots! I'm gonna miss the tomcat as well. While stationed at the Naval training center, Damneck, Va. in the early 1980's, training as an Operations Specialist, I got to watch the Tomcats from Oceanna all the time. They would take off and frequently go vertical with after burners at full. Aw, those were the days.
The city really hated all the noise, but they put on a good show.
Can't believe their retirung such a great airplane! :mad:

Great pics. I haven't been to an airshow in a long time. My boy will be old enough soon so I can take him to check it out. :cool:
