ford firing order,

what is the correct firing order for a ford 460?i have already tried the wrong order :mad: ,so i'll try the right one now,and it is left bank odd right bank even,right???

hoolign- Looking from back of motor to front right side is 1234 left side is 5678. The firing order is 15426378 dist turns counter clock wise.Hope this helps. :cool:

not to be a smartass but is that jet drive front or v-drive front,its hard to tell around here :p

Looking from flywheel to waterpump.Mine is a jet eek!

thanx dude, timing was allright,here's a question,if hoolign drinks eight beer at 7:30,nevermind,,I found my hot wire from the battery melted to one of the logs,enough to expose the wire,would this cause the motor to backfire out the carb? :confused:
