Hi Everybody,

I'm doing some year end shopping and looking for recomendations on V-hulls with attitude. 19 to 21 feet, no more that 21 feet. I love the look of(and have a couple friends who own) Cougars, one is a RARE 19 foot V hull, the other a 21 MTR.

Right now, I'm really leaning towards the Cougar 20.5. Are there any other options out there that will give me 75 MPH+ with V-hull, and still look GOOD while doing it? I might go with a modified V but the lake I'm on does get a bit rough.

Thanks for helping a new guy out.

I assume your looking for a jetboat in this size? Rogers makes a great hull that preforms well. How much HP you plan on putting down? Not sure i've seen the Cougar hulls. Have any pics?

I have a gorgeous Hallet 19' for sale. 454 crate motor, basic pump, well built and rock solid handling. Restored to original colors and paint about five years ago. $ 9000.

The boat has about 20 hours on the motor. Boat is located in Birmingham, AL.

The speed is a (optimistic) estimate, no GPS yet.

Oops, should have read the outboard preference before I wrote all that....
