What can i use to fix chips i my gel around the bow eye?

can i fix them with poxy putty or resin & does that have to be gelcoated after?

Get some cabicill (sp) and mix it with gellcoat and put it in the scratch with a Q tip. Then put a peice of scotch tape over it and let it cure, then lightly sand it and polish.

They are deep enough to see glass. I also have them on the strakes.

No worries, Cabicll is a real fine fiberglass that is almost powder form, it will work. Done it many time with no problems.

You could use resin with a little gell added.
