LaveySabre575- Congrats, that is one of the sickest boats I have seen in a long time. That gel is unbelievable. How long did it take for you to come up with that? Did the Lavey boys help, or was that all you? The gels that come out of there are so awesome and original!
Please tell me that bad ass ride is going to sit atop a TRIPLE axle Extreme trailer?

roln the gel coat design took me about a week, and about 500 ***boat and powerboat mags. I knew what i wanted and with what colors i wanted but i cant draw worth shit or even scetch.So i took a bunch of pictures to jeff and larry at lavey and we came up with that the hardest thing was bringing it up and over the bow.When larry was taping it we changed alot of things.Jeff wanted the orange on the bow i said orange on the sides im glad i went with him. Also only a double axle extreme trailer with all the goodies.I only tow from the springs to there launch maybe a block.
Cole im going with black rub rail.Again thank you charlie for posting the pics. and thanks for all the nice comments...derek...

Derek, your new boat looks really great! I like the asymmetry and the use of color. It's very original and bold. I'll keep an eye out for ya this summer, I think even I can remember a boat that looks that good. Let us know how she runs and enjoy the new toy!

Just had to say it again, nice gel....blend of abstract with the swirl on the side, mixed with off-setting sponson designs....looks very trick, but I am starting to expect that level of work from Lavey..

boats was finished on the 3rd i in havasu over the 4th.I stayed down by the springs. I took a bunch of pics then i left the camera there (nice hah).The boat came out much better then i ever expected the only glich is the amps needed to be adjusted no biggie i,ll be out the weekend of the 24th first guy trip of the year no wifes stop by and have a cold one see you guys in the channel ..derek..
