So how much did 10 m.p.h. cost?

the Raylar kits sells for about 6200 $
it takes 10 - 15 hours for installation
the Basset headers are about 3600 $
(on a Merc engine you can go with the stock exaust system but not on a Volvo, because Volvo uses the old style cast iron exhaust)
You can get similar results from a Merc 525 but not for a similar price

Your original RPM's seem way off ,opps, nevermind, I see it was not an HO now, sorry :sleeping: Good gain though !!! NSF

recommended RPM for a Volvo 8,1 GS 375 HP is 4600
keep in mind - to find a matching prop on a volvo duoprop is not that easy like on a Merc Bravo 1
