Does anybody have drawing or plans for a PVC screw it beach anchor ,or know where I can look it up at? I saw a guy with one last summer,it looked easy enough to make. It helps the back end of the boat from spining around when you are anchored off.Thanks.

Those are good, I have the yellow one, and have been using it a lot. But I also have one of these....

I'm thinking about switching my stern line back onto the sandspike. I like using it better then the slideanchor, because sinks in flush to the sand. It'll never poke a hole boat at the sandbar, nor will you stub your toes on it. Might take a more effort sometimes, but I've even used it at the rock bar in Parker.

I've already got one, but her chest is a little bigger. :rollside:
Actually, for a sand anchor, I keep an extra stake and a rebar cap in the horseshoe bag. The rebar cap is a must to keep the kids safe, IMHO.
