So I'm meeting an appraiser out in Silverlake tomorrow and he asks me what I'm doin after seeing the property. Looks like he has an extra ticket to tomorrows game. His season tickets are only four rows off the floor too.

If you haven't been to a Clipper game you are in for a major treat. Make sure you post your thoughts on the crowd and so forth afterwards.
Use to have season tickets. Haven't been in some time though. I'll let you know.
