I finished the crossover system. Looks good with all of the stainless. And with out all of the excess weight and the extra pully I'm sure the motor will perform better. BUT: sitting on the lift at idle it gets hot, like 250. Looking at the exhaust there seems to be the same amout of water coming out. I haven't run the boat off of the lift yet. It has a 140 degree stat, (I thought that would be too cold.) Under speed will it cool down? or do I take the stat out? The stat came with the crossover.
