I figure maybe someone from here either in construction, or home design
could point me in a positive direction.
I want to develop my property that I currently live-at/own. We are already
zoned multi-family, medium density up-to 21 units per acre. lot size is approx
13,800. trends in same neighborhood are townhomes, and some apartments.
I would like to build 5 townhomes, or 4 if that's all that would fit.
I need to find a qualified architect to start out............ any thoughts-?
