A few of my buddies keep their trailers at the Rainbow for the summer. This is their second year doing so. I have been about 5 times. I always have a good time there.
The Rainbow has a pool, a diner that serves $1 drafts, pool tables and oddly enough they just added a weight room. The launch ramp is a little steep. Also there is a whirpool current at the bottom of it created by a small jetty that makes getting back on the trailer a little dicey. The beach is mostly gravel, but it is just down some stairs from the trailer parking.

It's kid friendly. Just not a park like setting like Moabi. More of a trailer park on the river with RV parking. Actually, you may want to check the AVI to see if they have space. www.avicasino.com This way you can drop the kids at Kidsquest and hit the blackjack tables for awhile!

Avi has posted on there site that the lanch ramp will be closed for the weekend. whats up with that?????

Posted on AVI site april 24,may 1st. If you cannot find a camp spot you might want to consider a house rental at a reasonable price. Have one available. PM if you are interested.
