Lake Wapapello is near Poplar Bluff, Mo and is a beautiful lake. I lived in the bluff for a time and lived out off M hwy. Worked at the Honda dealer. Great looking boat, Good luck.

I have to say I was a little dissappointed with my first trip out in the boat. Lots of little things went wrong like the gas pedal coming detached from the floor (Gorilla glue works wonders, but now I have a damn mess to clean up) and the rubber bumper coming loose half way around the boat, and a couple of other nick nacky things. The motor seemed fairly stout, but I could only turn it 5200 with the A impellar. I have to check if they wound the pedal stop up on me or not. Pump really cavitates bad when I try to come out of the hole with it, have to burp it a couple times to get her going. Have the droop and place divertor, and that didn't really help. The one good thing is the boat really handeled the chop at the lake well. Anybody want to buy a slightly used boat? I am in Eastern Kentucky, anybody got anything going on next weekend I could reasonably drag to?

I forgot to metion those bastarrds over @ Lake Wappello stuck it to me with a "Careless and Imprudent operation of a watercraft" ticket. Why you ask? Because I was shooting to long of a rooster tail and I "was getting in and out of the throttle making the boat jump out of the water". I couldn't explain to the idiot that when the boat gets out of the water that I had to let off the throttle to keep from blowing up the motor and that if I put the place diverter down (to get rid of the rooster tail) that I would be riding lower, causing the boat to jump out of the water more. What a bunch of pricks. They didn't say anything to those F'ing sea doos jumping wakes and doing doughnuts in the middle of the lake. What he really wanted to know was if I was drinking and when he found out I wasn't he figured he should give me a ticket for something I guess.
