Extended Transom Adapter 5-7"

Any one have one laying around. I've sent a few PMs to guys I think may have one. Any help appreciated. There is one on the way to me from Ponch-Pwr but I'm not sure it will be here for the weekend. I'm in a tight spot and hoping someone can help. I'll pay shipping etc. If you would only sell, I'll do that too.
