BEFORE OVERHAUL, I HAD IT AT 2 DEGREES UP ANGLE FROM STRAIGHTEST PART OF THE KEEL IN FRT. OF PUMP INTAKE.GOIN BACK 3 DEGREES.IT GETS REAL LOOSE AND KINDA SCARY AT 3 BUT LOOSE IS FAST.HULL GETS REAL DRY AT 3,ONLY THE MOTOR BACK IN THE WATER AT WOT.

I hope you are stepping up to a mag bronze impeller. If not be real careful about unloading the pump at high speed. You are getting into the zone where a failure would be catastrophic. Also consider getting your current impeller detailed by Duane. He did my new one, and what a difference it made!! When you talk to him, tell him to do yours like TexasJet's impeller. You won't be dissapointed!

72 at 5100 so far. Taking a week vacation next week hope to find out max. then. I do know there is plenty of throttle left. And, it's wicked quick from 35 to 65, that really suprised me. Duane did an awesome job on the impeller.
