Just a FYI to all you HB peeps heading east via I-40. There is a 17 mile stretch of road construction starting from Ludlow (see below) apparently itÂ’s a real mess and there is loose gravel :mad: :mad: :mad:

Thought they just redid that whole road. I guess if they do a bad enough job they will never be out of work :yuk: That loose gravel does wonders on your trailer and boat :mad:

Is it Cal Trans out there or Yeager? I know that Yeager had a HUGE contract to do a lot of the improvements.

I use to use that route back in the mid to late 90's to get to Laughlin and it was always under some sort of repair.......Seems that its been the same way forever.

I just got home from Kingman and man was there traffic. Atleast 9 cars on the west bound side for 40 miles. Talk about stress. :rollside:

It took us 1 1/2 hrs. to get from Corona 91E to Hesperia 15N, that was at 5:30pm. From Hesperia to Barstow and into the40 E it has been moving along between 60-80mph. :crossx:
