Looks like the SS Comp Cams rockers. I have had 2 sets of those. Maybe they are buying the bodies from the same place as comp...
EDIT: I just did some research on C.A.T.. The BBC, Vette, and Chevelle guys all say they are "junk". That is the word everyone of them used.

My buddy put some on a BBF, Big mistake! they dont allow the propper guide alignment on the push rods, they very offset with every one in the set :220v: needless to say they were taken off and CompCams set repaced them. as stated above you get what you pay for :)
