what is my pump

im new to jet boats i bought a 1967 tahiti and i dont know what pump it has the only name on it is glen wood i did a search on it but nothing came up there is a date on it of 6-20-76 or 78 i cant tell ill post pictures of the pump soon

I dont think glenwood ever made a pump.

Glen wood is likely the brand of the rear motor mount/bellhousing only(I assume thats where you saw that name). They made mounts and exhaust conversion parts for auto/marine engines. You can find them online at Glen-L.com
Your pump is likely something totally different. We'll need some pics to help you I think

Try looking for a little tag rivited to the top of the front thrust bearing on the pump. This would be inside the boat at the front of the pump. It should have the model and serial number along with the brand of pump.
