River Home for Sale, sorry about the spam, just wanted to get it out for people to see.

We just had our first baby and our priorities have changed. Unfortunately for us, we have to sell our river house.
ItÂ’s located in Mohave Valley Arizona, across the river from Needles, about a mile south of the bridge. Built in 1999, itÂ’s a 1900 sq. ft, two story home, in a gated community right near the river.

The house is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a 30ft, boat deep garage. We are selling it fully furnished and ready to move into.
The community is located right on the river. Half the houses are Riverfront and half are not. Mine is not on the water, but just across the street. The community is called River Terrace Estates and is made up of both full time residents and part timers. It is a very quiet and secure neighborhood.
In this area, when you buy the home, you also own the land. The lot is large and is completely fenced in with a block wall, big enough for a pool and great for dog owners.
There is an O.H.V. area nearby that you can ride your bikes or quads to.
