Does anyone know where to find a horizon jet boat ?

I want to buy one for my dad so he can have one he used to have one and does not anymore. I want him to re live his hay day LOL.

I believe my pops had a 1976 18 foot or 19 foot I cant find anything on the internet about these boats.

Stash I do not have any pics of the spectra until she gets put back together I am getting her ready for the summer. I am doing the following for starters.
New tanks by imco
reman motor 460 built by jasper
all new wiring
blue printing the pump
once the season is over i want to do a full restoration on her I love this boat it is original pumpin and white
So how about finding a horizon anyone know ? B

I think there were at least a couple different Horizon hulls in that size. Do you have any pics to narrow it down, or would anything do as long as it's a Horizon?

Malcom I will post some pics when I find them I do have pics of the boat and video. I wonder if there was a name for It my dad bought it off the owner of the sundance at the time. Thats all I know i will find the pics. B

I think there was a tunnel hull and a semi V. I know a guy with one that runs my local river. Big wide flat looking beast. His is 460 powered and really has a hole shot.

I've seen one sitting at a auto repair shop next to me for years. A couple of weeks ago I noticed it was gone, I don't know if they moved it, trashed it, or sold it. I'll ask on Monday. It looked to be an 18ft it was in so so shape.

Malcolm were In gods name did you find that ? Man thta Is almost the boat and maybr i am wrong and that is an exact. I will hunt down my pics and compare asap so we can see if thats it.

I actually found that on an old thread that was already here. Just used the search function. That was about the only picture link that still worked. :boxed:
