Well, took it out for a third afternoon on the green lake (yes but it works) and for the third time no breaky breaky :) I am now somewhat confident that it will hold together.
Thanks to all who have answered my questions and pointed me in te right directions. I was also able to install the rub rail and rubber the other day and it was way easier than I thought!!
Here are a couple pics one without the rub rail then one with.
Had to shrink the pic a bit to get it within the 1024x1024 upload rules so it lokks kinda odd :)

Boat looks good, i like the colors you have. I found out with my boat that if i keep my foot out of it it seems to stay together. thats what i am doing untill later in the year atleast

Thanks for the comps! This has been a long project but certainly worth it.
The hull is a full stringer 1979 Charger. I had the 460 built by Bob Goodwin Racing in Wildomar. The jet is the 12jc that came with it.
Ill see if I can get some more pics to post this weekend.

Sweet, I sold a 77 charger last year. They ride pretty loos and dont weigh too much. Clean rig;)
