I know there is a couple guys on here that do commercial loans.... I have a couple questions for you. One of my agents has a client that wants to buy a 200 unit apartment building and he found a lender that say they can do 100% financing. My first though was YA SURE PAL....but I was just looking for some feedback if there are any 100% financing programs out there for large commercial loans.
Thanks!
DAN

Ivan Dan - I work for a SubPrime lender, however we are strictly residential. There are a couple sites that would be better for you than HB forums.
Try
www.brokeroutpost.com
www.brokeruniverse.com
On broker universe its one big cluster fok up scenarios. I personally like broker outspost, more organized and they have specific sections in there to post. Many lender reps such as myself will look through scenarios and price them if we can do them.
Hope this helps.

This is what I figured would be the answer to my question. What is the min. down payment required? 25%?

WMC - You work for Provident in Rancho??? Ive been wanting to get in there and see about getting the company either brokered or correspondant. I assume you just switched companies if your board name is WMC?? Either that or you have a Warlock.....
