What's funny? I don't have my boat yet I get it next Saturday. Slight delivery delay. Not a big deal. I will have ins. before I get it.

Nutin. Just know insurance will cost as much as a boat payment. I hope you get a great deal. Not being negative, just did'nt know if you knew the price of cat insurance lately being a newbe here ect...

Did you look into what your inurance premium will be on a cat with 500ci+ motor pushing what, 700-750hp and speeds in excess of 100mph prior to buying your boat? If you did, then you know what you're in for. If you didn't, grab your ankles.
Have fun with your new ride.....it looks sweet!

Is it a single step? I thought Eliminator had gone to the two step by then  NSF

It is my first boat, but My dad owns a 800 hp flat bottom hydro that I used to take out. I have been around boats all my life.

Cool, my son just bought a 97 Daytona/ HP 500 and it is a single step also. It does have a little porpoise in the low 70's but hopefully he will learn to drive around it, they are supposed to be a faster bottom that the 2 step from what i hear. Good Luck with it :D NSF
