Nice boat. I think I have seen it once or twice at Parker last summer.

Great looking 257. I wish it was available before I bought mine. :) What kind of max speed were you able to get out of her?

Right now I am taking all "REASONABLE" offers. I know about what I am asking, but not firm on the price. I am not extremely motivated to sell it because I don't want to be without a boat for the next 3-4 months while my 32 is being built, but if someone offers me the right price, it is gone.
Robbie, I have gotten 118 out of the boat before. I have had to take a lot of power out of the motor because I kept breaking drives. I figure I probably have approx. 800 at the prop at this time. But even with the power taken out, I ran 109 at Elsinore yesterday. I am happy with 109 at Elsinore. The boat is more of a cruiser for me and my friends than a race boat.

My wife and I came in there looking into the 257 and were out in the shop looking around and you were working on that awesome motor you have in that thing. We ended up talking with you for about 30 min or so!(sweet boat) You said that you normally go up to lake mead right?

Yes, I usually go to Lake Mojave and stay at Cottonwood Cove in Nevada, but we are all over the whole lake. If I am at Mojave, we usually go down to Gasoline Alley at least once a weekend

BB572...BTW, that is one sweet Carrera you are getting rid of...If I were in the market, it would be on my list. The colors look great and the stereo, engine, and drive make it off the chart...I am sure it will go quick.

I have the audio magazine that it was in, but nothing on the computer that I could post. It will actually be comming out in Family and Performance Boating next month as a featured add. As for a ride, you need to get to the river with us some time and then you are more than welcome to get your eyelids pealed back!

Good possibility. We are going up on the 29th and 30th, but you know us, it doesn't take much to convince us to go to the river. It is getting to the point that we need to pack up the sand toys and break out the river toys. Well I am bouncing out from work to go hit the dunes so I will catch ya later. Peace!
