NAKED TURTLE days are numbered?

All this talk about the channel being shut down,heres another one for ya.
Nautical Inn is in negotiations with new owners,Pretty much a done deal.(sold)
Rumor has it they are going to plow down the Turtle,and make use of that
area.I would imagine the resturant and clothes store would be mowed as well.
Neither ever seems busy enough to make any $$ on that valuble corner of the property.Good news is they will most likely replace the resturant & bar.

Didn't know there was a hot ticket?Dmv told me just to bring it down so they
can verify the VIN against the certificate of origin and register it to get a plate.Is there something i should know?

I would think if the Nautical sale goes through,the owner of the Turtle would
be at the Nauticals new owners mercy.
