I know I would have been happier a few years ago it I would have bought there when the lots were $35,000.00. Now there is only one resale lot left at $149,900.00 Someone came in there and bought up all the good lots in the spring this year. The next phase release next year. There is alot of blowing sand there also.

I have made several calls to their website number and left messages and no one ever returns my calls. I think for the money they are getting for those places, I'd rather have a place in Havasu. I drove through there last week and could not even find a sales office or person to talk with. I have been told that the houses are now going for 300-500k including lot.
