This will mostly be run around NM but will be making a few trips to Havi and Mead. The set up on it is just to get it in the water and used to the power then its going way up.

Did the cops laugh at you when you tried to report that a band of homos broke into your garage and painted your motor purple??? You got a good burglary and vandalism there. Just kidding bro, motor looks killer no matter what color it's painted. :crossx:

first day out we ran a 32 labbed 4 blade to keep the rpm's down and ran 65mph at 4000 rpm.
Second day out we ran a 28 4 blade and ran an even better 65 at 3500ish rpm with getting on plane almost instantly.
with these #'s still having more than half to 3 quarter throttle left.
Still don't have the external steering on so not really trying to push it hard, also just enjoying getting some seat time and learning real quick this handles alot different than a v-hull.

Aside from the gremlins in the boat being kicked out finally. This entire package has worked out rather well so far.
And for the purple haters out there you would have to see the motor in person since on a pc screen it is a little distorted for what ever reason. In person it actually matches the boat and trailer rather well. Just FYI for the haters. Ha Ha

...How's the water level at Conchas?
I have not been there in years.
Boat looks good...I actually rode in it a couple of times with the prior owner.
That boat used to have hydraulic steering...guess it got sent up to Farmington along with the original outdrive
Saw you up on Tramway a couple of weeks ago...

Sounds good, stop by anytime.
I did hear about Stu...he was pretty sick in the end.
I understand that Nora is doing pretty well the the dealership.
BTW, the water level at Conchas is about 15 feet from the spillway...it took some convincing but I talked the boys into going to conchas the first time and now I think they are hooked... :rollside:
Talk to you soon,

Ya I don't think Ace could handle the power!!!!!
By the way thanks for setting him up w/ the Nordic he loves it, and is getting alot more use out of it than he thought he would. And I will post some more pics of the boat as soon as I resize them for the site.
