This home is fully furnished including fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and outdoor patio seating..
It is located minutes by auto to Windsor Launch, downtown Havasu and London Bridge.
VACATION RENTAL RATES:
Ø $120 pr/nt 3 night minimum
Ø $750 pr/wk (Non-Holiday)
Ø $150 pr/nt 4 night minimum (Holiday)
Ø $100 Security Deposit (refundable)
Ø $50 Cleaning fee deposit (refundable
