Cool pics. That just looks COLD!!! We were there for it last year and it was freezing out on the water with the June Gloom working. I'll stick to 110+ and water I can swim in. :D :D :D

Nice pictures. Have a friend that has done that race in the past. He would be doing again if still had the boat to make the run with.

Looks like a good start. Did you go to Avalon and back? Looks like a 30'Hallett tow boat, right? Good luck on race day...

I thought all those AUS skiers were tough guys - last year in training we stopped about mid channel on the way back, and a BIG f-ing shark swam by the boat. Those guys couldn't get in the boat fast enough... Easy for me to say I was in the boat. :)
Just got the call one of our guys pulled a bunch of muscles in a bad fall over there. Hope he's all dialed in by July!

Hmmmmm.
I saw the #17 white outboard & Dave Rankin in the Penzoil boat heading out this morning as we headed back in....

We get an easy out - our guys don't get here until about 5 days before the race (if that). I do miss those early morning runs out of the Hunt Harbor ramp in the fog though... Did a bunch of those years past. We still need to get the boat wet soon and make sure she checks out. Tim bought a 63 and hasn't played with the 38 since...
